It's a wonderful variant of autocomplete. And yes, it is a huge
opportunity...

bit of this in the early designs for Pager.
Is there an opportunity here?

At Michigan we are going to need to find all of the "My Workspace"
sites that don't contain a particular tool (so we can make sure we
can safely insert that tool). We have several tens of thousands of
users so the method must be reasonably efficient, and I'd like to
avoid going straight to SQL if possible. I can think of several
inefficient ways to generate the list via the Sakai APIs. Does
anyone have a idea about how to do this efficiently with the Sakai
APIs?
We'll going need to do this more than once so it is worth some
effort for us to avoid having to handcraft a solution every time.
Thanks - Dave
