Just a random question if anyone knows off the top of their head. Does
the second argument to window.open, the programmable target id, need to
be human readable for any sort of accessiblity purposes? As part of a
bug (link below), I had to change the target from being a sort of human
readable encoded thing to a GUID. If necessary, I could prefix the GUID
with some almost human readable text, but it really does have to be unique.
