Before I sign this I'd like to ask if you believe those are really the issues 
holding up graduation. I'm not sure either is required, but if the PPMC wants 
to wait for those items that is ok.

 I would suggest adding comments about how diverse the community is, both in 
terms of commits and activity on the mailing lists.  Also, we've had some 
healthy discussions about changes to the RTC policy and other discussions that 
show a healthy community. That is definitely worth mentioning. Also, the fact 
that the team is not very reliant on its mentors is a very good sign. The fact 
that you have consistently created the reports without even being reminded 
(other than the automated messages) is a very good sign to me, although that 
isn't something you should include in the report.

As you may be aware the incubator chair recently changed. Jukka is being very 
proactive in asking what the podlings need and to be specific about what steps 
need to be taken for graduation.
