They have a name and then end in .mid (e.g kama2.mid that Heiko sent this morning). To listen to them you should save the .mid file then load it into a midi player to hear it. If you don't have a midi player you can get one for most operating systems at http://shareware.cnet.com/ Just type midi player into the search box to search for a player for your system.
