Well, I deduced this since Nam June Paik was in Japan in '63 & '64, and
Yoko Ono was there from around '62-'64, so if they participated in Hi Red
Center events it probably was around '63. Also, I seem to recall that
Paik's Dragging Event was from '63, and it shows a striking similarity to
Hi Red Center street events.
