Indeed that is very true. I don't sense that there's great worry about nuclear
attacks here. I wouldn't give it a second thought myself. Whereas yes there's
very real danger in the situation you write of. It may be hard for people not
living here to realize the degree to which the rest of the world is deemed
somehow not quite real here unless it manages to blow something up within the
borders.
