Hi Gerald,
If you've reported a problem to support and we've logged it with our
developers you'll generally be informed when the problem is resolved.

If you've been told the element ranges were fixed and you find this is
not the case then please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] including your
original ticket (RT) number and PR number if you know them. 

If you have a PR number for an unfixed problem you can ask us for a
status check at any time - though chances are if you haven't heard from
us there'll have been no progress to report.
