A long time ago, I contacted FME support about Microstation V8
element ranges and/or whole file range being incorrect when created
by FME. I thought this had been fixed, but haven't used FME to
create DGN files in a long time.
I just noticed that in the last release build, element ranges are
still incorrect. Not sure if this applies when using the supplied
seed files or not. But when using my own seed file, the generated
element ranges are incorrect. Has this been addressed? Was it fixed
and now broken again?
Either way, it needs to be looked at again.
