Hello Andres,
This error appeared somewhere in Build 1267 of FME, when I was actively working with V8 files.
But I believe that it was brought to the attention of Safe and fixed.
How about downloading the latest BUILD and giving it a try.
I checked this with Build 1696 and it is fine.
IT HAS LOT OF OTHER EXCITING FEATURES TOO :-))

I have problem with testing DGNV8 file.
So, the problem is that FME read wrong igds_level attribute value. In the Microststion V8 file I was defined Level name ?Side? and Level number ?52?. When I view it with FME Universal Viewer (build 1638) then I get attribute value igds_level = 1 
Does anyone have an idea?
