Hola Bob, We use Tivoli at work. Don't copy a live database; this will most likely corrupt the databases. What we do is that we perform the regular FMS backup to another internal drive or partition and Tivoly backs up that content to the remote server. So, the FMS drive or partition is not touched by Tivoli.
