Ron,

Quit FileMaker completely. Launch FileMaker. The first window that
appears gives you three choices. The first choice is for the template.
In the little window on the right side are names of various templates.
Above this is a selection for other templates. Click on Business -
Projects; choose Task Management from the list of databases. This will
save to the default path FileMaker last saved a database. The Task
Management database will open up.
Go to Define Fields. Click on Relationships and you will see how
relationships are connected with the tables in this project.

Yes, there is a preference setting (Preferences ... either under the
FileMaker menu (Mac) or the Edit menu (Windows) in the General tab for
User
Interface Options: check the box "Show templates in New Database dialog
box."
