I've solved problems with the troubleshooting guide. It even walked me through with a video. Turns out a detachable invoice got stuck in the feed tray. There are 2 levels to the feed tray by the way. I pulled up one flap and did not see anything. The video revealed another flap under that where the invoice was. I'm using VISTA.
