Where did you get the "troubleshooting guide" and "video"? There is
nothing in this regard on the disks with the machine.

A little off topic. However, has anyone had experience with scanning
PDF with a Hewlett Packard C6180 All In One? I am having trouble.
The machine scans but the PDF comes out illegible. Calls to HP Tech
Support don't solve the problem.
