Exporting accents

Hi

I have 8000 records in Filemaker v5 on my MacBook that I am  
transferring to www.openleap.com so that others can access the data  
and update it.

At the request of OpenLeap I sent them a .csv file that I had created  
as an EXPORT but the accents used in Spanish, have migrated as WRONG  
letters.

Is there a way I can export a .csv file whilst retaining the accents,  
in place, both here and at OpenLeap?
