Hi Clive,

the encoding of the export needs to be the same as the import expects. I would 
expect that the output of Filemaker 5 is MacRoman. Perhaps OpenLeap expects 
WindowsAnsi. Most likely you need to ask which encoding is necessary. Do you 
know how to change the encoding for instance in Word?
