Rick Have you renamed the folder where FMP10 resides? That might confuse the installer.
This would be a long shot but you could copy the FMP10v3 application folder from another machine onto the one with problems. You might get lucky. Btw - I tried this just now - 1. ZIP the FMP10 folder on my MBPro. 2. ZIP daughters MacBook via wireless. 3. UnZIP. 4. FM10.0v3 ran without issue.
