Thanks for all the suggestions on this. Before I just replaced the
FMPro application folder, I called FMPro tech support to see if there
was an known issue I was missing. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone
with them, going through various scenarios. We didn't figure out why
the updater wouldn't work, but pretty much DID figure out it wasn't
FMP, but the computer itself. It's in that funk where certain
permission issues will not repair, even though it says they were
fixed. But tech support did send me a link to download the latest
FMPro full install, which IS version 10.0.3. Haven't had a chance to
try it, but since I've already deleted 10.01 once and re-installed
successfully, I'm figuring that will work. Now I've gotta tackle the
system HD with TechTools. :-(
