I don't think I even said that correctly. :-) I'm thinking this should be easy, but I'm not able to frame the key words to make much headway in help.
I have a databse with about 6,000 records from all 50 states. One field is the state. Right now it's a flat field that displays this way state Last name First name AL Smith Fred AR Jones Tom AR Brown Janet What I would like to have display is like this (at least in preview for printing) AL Smith Fred AR Jones Tom Brown Janet CA Conan Tom Lewis, Jeff If anyone can point in the right direction, I would surely appreciate it. And probably a good set of tutorials. Thanks, Kevin Doyle (Using FM Pro 11 on a Mac if that makes a difference.)
