HIiKevin,
In 11 this should be fairly straight forward. Create a new list report
and add a sub summary section. Have the Sub-summary show when sorted by
State.
The Sub Summary will have the State field.
The Body will have the Last name and First name fields
Then sort by state. In 11 it display in Browse mode. A very nice, new
feature.
