The reason they don't want to use the mouse is because they have another software program used in the same business that uses the keyboard to perform all functions. They feel that using keystrokes is much quicker but I'm wondering how many memory 'buttons' would they would need in their brains when there are so many scripts on different layouts within the whole solution.
I think I'll pursue the 'Tab' option first, thank you for the suggestion.

Hi,
I've had a request from a client using one of my solutions. Can it be used
without a mouse, that is, can key strokes be used to replace the mouse ?
I've never thought about it before so I'm just throwing it out there to see if
its possible.
I guess it just means can you activate scripts from a keyboard instead of using
the mouse to click on buttons.
They're using FM 8.5v2
Of course, you can set up the buttons so they're in the tab sequence, then tab
to them and use the return key to activate them.

It might help if we knew WHY they want to avoid the mouse.
