Hi.
I recently downloaded mom4p0, and after some waiting, got
access to the data files. I have a couple of questions:
1. The directory tree contains the following subdirectories
under /mom4/exp:
om1_ocmip2_biotic
om3_omip
test1A
test1B
test2
test3
test4
test5A
test5B
The NOMADS repository at http://data1.gfdl.noaa.gov/nomads/forms/mom4p0.html
has the following links:
Data
Test 1
Test 2
Test 3A
Test 3B
Test 4
Test 5
How do the data files get mapped from NOMADS website to mom4/exp
for tests other than the obvious (namely, 2 and 4)?
2. An attempt to run test1A using the "Test 1" data fails
to build aything, with the complaint:
...ERROR opening file
/scratch.tp900/gerardo/mom4/src/mom4/ocean_tracers/ocean_tpm_pointers.F90 of object
ocean_tpm_pointers.o: No such file or directory
'find' fails to find any file under mom4 whose name starts
with ocean_tpm_pointers. What am I missing?
