Probably the main reason why not everyone can be educated comes down to statistics. There will always be people beyond 3 standard deviations, no matter how much you bring up the curve. That doesn't mean we shouldn't attempt to bring up the curve, or make deviations smaller. I think Alan's goal has been to bring people to the point where they can bootstrap themselves. FONC is a way to bootstrap computer thinking in humans. I think John Pratt is saying that Falun Dafa is a way to bootstrap human thinking in humans.
