Looking for something fun and creative to do for a few hours and learning a new skill and some time to chill out from all the uni work that's creeping up one you?
Well, there's a *free* screen printing workshop happening in Quad1001 (opposite the Student Guild on Level 1 of the Quadrangle Building) next Monday the 29th of March. We've got a pile of calico bags and tshirts, heaps of paint, screens, etc. so its a great opportunity to learn how to screen print, chat and catch up and have some fun. So regardless of whether you've never screen printed before in your life and would like to learn, have a couple of times but want to refine your skills, know the ropes and would like to help show other people how its done and the whole skill share thing happening or simply just missing all your food coop mates, your more than welcome to rock up. There's also the *bonus* of a free take home funky freshly screen-printed thoughtful foods tshirt for everyone who brings a tshirt of their's along. Bring along some lunch and snacks to share and we'll have a picnic on the grass after we've finished playin g with the paint!The fun kicks off! at 12 noon and will go for about three hours and a half hours so feel free to drop in anytime between the two.
