Sorry to spam but hey... I love you all!

Hi Everyone!

I am looking for a housemate to share with me and one other in our
terrace in Redfern, near Central.

I am looking for someone to move in around mid-June to late-July, and
also to take on the lease with me (the person moving out is currently
on the lease so it will need to be changed). Theres a whole heap of
stuff to do with rent that I would have to talk through, but
essentially the rent is $130 per week + plus, and the bond is $680.
(Someone with a fridge, couch, DVD player or washing machine would be
great! ;p)

The kind of person I am looking to move in with is someone who is in
love with life: art, music, culture, food, nature, whatever. My home
is my sanctuary and I would like to live with someone who wants to
create a peaceful yet fun home to live in. We live in an
environmentally friendly manner, and I am vegetarian (run the UNSW
Food Co-op), but were not overly
political ie. I am clearly a
leftie  but I dont feel the need to fill my house with political
posters, rather with positive images of how wed like the world to be.
I also have a HUGE passion for science fiction and fantasy.

Lastly, we also share our house with Merlin a crazy house rabbit,
Vegemite the guinea pig, Ron, Harry and Hermonie the fish + loads of
other critters and plants. So you kind of have to like plants and
animals to live here  (It also means that this isnt really a party
house.)

Its a really nice home, and really convenient. A lovely place to
live. If you yourself are interested, or think you know anyone who
might be please put them in contact with me ASAP so we can get
together and have a cup of tea:

understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send
signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that
there is no cat."
