Hi everyone, (apologies for cross posting)
there is a new bike club forming at UNSW. The inaugural AGM is this Wednesday, 1pm in EE128. That's the Electrical Engineering building on the main walk, just before the Scientia. 128 is on the first floor and is the PV students' computer lab.
The bike club is about encouraging and celebrating bike use at UNSW. There will probably be a focus on bike maintenance so that people can learn to fix their own bikes. The club will also fix bikes that were going to be thrown away. We will be doing bike maintenance workshops and bike breakfasts on campus.
However, the club is open for anyone to use for their bicycle-oriented events.
We need at least 15 people to be at this meeting to officially form a club, so please come along, all bike lovers welcome.
