I didn't notice because the breaker didn't choose them, probably because of their higher penalty value. I tested again with words like: Rindfleisch-etikettierungs-überwachungs-aufgaben-übertragungs-gesetz Donau-dampf-schiffahrts-elektrizitaeten-hauptbetriebswerk-bauunterbeamten-gesellschaft and it breaks correctly after the hyphens.
