In the sequences
0053 031B 0304; LATIN CAPITAL LETTER S WITH COMBINING HORN AND COMBINING
MACRON; S̛̄;
and
0073 031B 0304; LATIN SMALL LETTER S WITH COMBINING HORN AND COMBINING MACRON;
s̛̄;
the MACRON has a wrong position for font Noto Sans Mono Regular.
