Are you comparing the output of FOP v2.4 with the output of FOP v2.8?
Your FO uses new.pdf as an external-graphic; that's quite unusual - I just want
to check that was intentional?
Can you elaborate on why the dictionary being different is an issue - it may
still be entirely valid but different due to different implementation details.
