Has to do with the RC4-standard, which is not supported by JCE.
BouncyCastle is one of the providers that supports RC4, and is
preferred, i believe, because the installation is quite
straightforward in comparison to others...

Don't know about the 128-bit encryption, but for decryption payware :
www.elcomsoft.com.
( If anyone can supply me with a link to freeware decryption tools,
plz let me know. )
