Are you sure?  If I understand the question correctly
he wants a different title on page 2 (and 3, and 4,
and 5...) from page 1.

For example:  Page One:  ACME INVOICE
Page Two & onwards:    ACME INVOICE (cont'd).

Would markers really help here?
