Hi Daniel, >> I think I've found a fix for this bug, but since I'm not 100% --how >> fitting :-)-- certain, could you compare the FO and check the PDF result >> in Bugzilla 41894, and see if that matches the expectation? > >It works now! Thankyou. :-) Cool! It's not perfect, but a good start. If you try playing with the reference-orientation on the fo:block-containers, you'll see what I mean... Then again, while tracking down this bug, I did accidentally stumble upon the fact that reference-orientation was being treated as an inheritable property. As a consequence, if you specify a reference-orientation of 90 on the outer block-container, the content in the inner block-containers will be rendered upside-down (reference-orientation="180"). I'll commit the fix to the trunk as soon as I get this last detail sorted out. <snip /> >The resulting file has only the fonts wrong now, which I already know how to >fix (and it won't be easy since the HTML can contain arbitrary fonts... >hopefully supporting all the ones that come with Windows will be enough.) Well, don't know if you've been following fop-dev@, but there's an enhancement on the way which enables auto-discovery of the fonts available to your OS (thanks to Adrian Cumiskey). No idea if this will help you out much here, but it might... Thanks for the feedback!
