Oops, Sorry. At least I had to explicitly write down the base directory
of our webserver (/var/www/html/xyz) after migrating from 1.0 to 2.0.
Just had a look and noticed my error.

I have a config file with the base set ("./"). Both versions use
the same file since I did not find any differences in the config
files (FOP 1,1 vs FOP 2,1)
Was there a change in FOP 2.1 to the <base> config parameter?
Could this be an issue with the resolver?
