Hello, What would be a good approach to obtain a parametrization of the set of all rank-1 matrices in a given subspace of matrices M_n(F), where F is a finite field?
It seems that what I'm looking for is equivalent to Maple's Rank1Elements() function <http://www.maplesoft.com/support/help/maple/view.aspx?path=DifferentialGeometry%2FLieAlgebras%2FRank1Elements> .
