So far I used WordPerfect Editor from 1987. I still use it under DOS but under Windows I use PSPad. The main reason I used WPE under windows so long was the abillity to search for text in combination with hard returns and tabs. It is not perfect yet in PSPad but much much better then other Windows editors I have found so far.
What I miss in PSPad is a place marker. Working in ASM I have to look at other code very often and returning to the original place then costs time. WordStar gives you the abillity to mark a place with Ctrl+K+<number>. Ctrl+Q+<number> let your return to the marked place again. I would be very gratefull if you implemented this function. If this function already is available, then I haven't found it. I found Alt+<number> that seems to do the trick; it at least makes me jump through my file. But I haven't found then were the markers were set. Kind regards, Ruud Baltissen http://Ruud.C64.org -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,47204,47467> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
