Using processmonitor helped me track this problem : I had a script file in the
"Program Files\PSPad editor\Script\JScript" folder which did not have the
module_name and module_ver variables declared.

Adding these variables solved my problem

On my computer, the problem can easily be reproducted by creating an empty js
file in the "Program Files\PSPad editor\Script\JScript" folder.

Regards,
JP.

I found where is problem. One script had those variable (module_name,
module_ver, module_title) written by capital letters. I changed it, and PSPad
and IE8 is working correct now. :-))
