Hi, I had the same problem with the French accentuated characters in v4.5.8 (2457).
I solved it by: - Changing the language to "English". - Editing the "Lang\French.INI" file with PSPad. - Selecting "ANSI" as the file format (it was "UTF-8"). - Saving the file. - Changing back the language to French.
