What I haven't written earlier is that I am using "MS Windows XP Pro" as an administrator but as far as I rememeber it (Ctrl+/) didn't work on "MS Windows 7 HP" either. The editor is system integrated for "Multi User Environment" in both cases. Frankly there are 5 or 6 things I would rather he spent his time on :) If you're happy that Jan will get around to it when he has the time (likely to be a long time) then you should continue to insist that someone else do the legwork for you; if you want to help him then you need to take responsibility to do what investigation you can.
