The Rev A DRC time is astonishing for such a simple board, even with the
number of design rules he mentioned. Rev B is normal. From the limited
information Mr. So gave, I don't have any specific ideas; what I would do
is to experiment with the Rev A file to find out what is causing the long
DRC time. Unchecking half the rules, then the other half, and then half of
the half, etc., might track down the problem. I'd be willing to look at it
if Mr. So sends me the file.
