maybe they should make the programmers do an actual REAL project from
scratch
all their own parts and the board has to WORK
i recall Bob Pease saying that he took all his rookies (semiconductor
designers) and made them fix a broken tube o'scope
maybe a bit like the 100+ hr weeks resident doctors are made to endure
trial by fire...
of course now they are saying that that is too stressful for the rookie
doctors
wonder what that will lead to?
