Hello Jeff,
you should not have posted to Protel that W2000 SP2 fixes the shutdown
problem, as it does not. It appears now and then in spite of SP2. Sorry for
the bad news ... :=>
I do hope Protel goes on investigating these effects. They don't show up
under W2000 as often as under W98, but they do.
