Hello! I have installed Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000 and the problem has
gone away.

Longer explanation:
My C drive had a registry file error and have to be Formatted! I reinstalled
all software but forgot about the Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000. Protel
was not closing properly.
Protel reported they did not know of any applications that could cause the
problem.

I had this problem before my C drive was reformatted but I must not have had
Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000.

I have reported to Protel that Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000 has fixed my
problem.

Others have reported the same problem.  I've seen it a few times -- but
fairly rarely.  It must be related to something unusual during the session,
or it would happen more frequently.  If it happens consistently for you, you
could try pushing Protel to look at it.

Hello! When I close Protel 99SE in Win2000 the program does not close
completely without using Task Manager. Data files seem to be OK. I have
submited this problem at the Protel Web site.  Any fix?

My process for closing is to do Close Design, After all Designs are closed I
do File: Exit.
