Another answered with helpful information about how to change the track
width while manually routing. The autorouter uses the preferred width. To
my knowledge -- I don't use the autorouter a lot -- this cannot be changed
with the present autorouter. It is a limited tool, useful within its
capabilities. For a better autorouter, Specctra is suggested -- expensive
-- or, hopefully, we will shortly have a new autorouter, either as a
service pack (which was originally indicated) or as part of the next
release (due fairly soon).
