Thanks for all, who suggested some solutions here.. I actually want a system, which performs well in various requirements.
Some Problems: - My ubuntu misbehave when it founds only one not secure wireless hot spot. It works good with WEP enabled wifi hot spot (Network Manager issue) - It gives problems to connect Internet with CDMA USB time to time. - It freezes when I use some compiz plugins (Even I have latest driver of 140 Nvidia Quadro 256 MB graphics card) - It freezes when I use XBMC Media center for DVDs, Images and audio. - I could not setup my USB TV Tuner card in Ubuntu 8.10, even I tried lots of tutorials from mercurial, linuxtv and others.. - It misbehave with sound input sometimes. I want a distro, which works smoothly in these conditions.
