Do you explicitly set the web-browser setting, or you rely on the default browser of your OS ? I'm not sure what is the behavior if web-browser is not set, on some OS it's able to start default browser. If you try to start firefox from cli with any url as argument, does it work ? exemple: firefox http://www.google.com If this give you same behavior, so fossil have nothing to do with the problem. -- Martin
