Has you looked at the "tcl-integration" branch in Fossil? It has
experimental
changes to allow "full-blown" Tcl to be used in Fossil. It allows Tcl and
TH1
to call into each other.

Currently, I've only modified the MSVC makefile; however, I was hoping
somebody
would help me to add the necessary configure magic to link with Tcl on Unix.
