That's the beauty of jimtcl - it's already there and required (or
optionally used) by the build process, so deps aren't a problem here.
Dependencies on the source level never are a concern (if the license is right)
because we can import anything into some subdirectory of fossil's fossil. It's
run-time dependencies that count. Yes, jim fares well there, too, but I have
other concerns with it...
