The question is whether the naming of this new option is a good one
(now would be the time to change it rather than after this code has
made its public appearance). I'm wondering whether some --batch flag,
intended to prevent all kinds of user interactions with various fossil
commands consistently, is a more appropriate naming (in ClearCase you
have -force, in SVN you have --force, in Perforce you have -f, in MKS
you have --batch, in TFS you have -noprompt, ...).

But apart from that I am happy to see that code now in the repository.
