If you login to the UI on this URL, what Fossil users do you have there? Iassume at least one of them will be toiboi. This user is the sync user. > But what exactly *is* the 'toiboi' user? It is not on the user list: It is the user used for synchronization operations in the remote Fossil. It may or may not be an actual local Fossil user in your clone. Older versions of Fossil used to ignore the synchronization user (except for storing it as part of the remote-url), newer versions (as of [64aa7526]) will default your local Fossil user in your clone to this user. > fossil user list > ben This is the user for which all commits will show up in your repository. Is this what you want? If it is not what you want, then you can add a different user with ``fossil user add'' followed by changing the default user ``fossil user default'' and optionally changing the permissions on that user to be an admin user. What version of Fossil did you use when you cloned the repository?
