when say nothing is hurt by it…its totally and completely safe to run 
rebuild…nothing will be lost?  If so I will do it just in case.

By the way, update worked, thanks.  Silly me…I vaguely remember that now.  
Silly me for going so long without coding anything…

I guess sync brings in the wiki and tickets right?
