I got you I just finished going to every single machine and checking uid/gid
for fossy. All were fossy 115:1001 on all systems.
Then I went to every single machine and ensured that the
/srv/fossology/repository directory was set to 2770.

   Verified all were set to drwxrws--- repository (all systems)

   sudo chmod 2770 /srv/fossology/repository/
   sudo chmod 2770 /srv/fossology/repository/clearX/
   sudo chmod 2770 /srv/fossology/repository/clearX/*

Then restarted fossology, '/etc/init.d/fossology restart' then cat the
fossology.log and here's the new messages:
